I’ve tested and used quite a few penis extenders throughout my 6 years of PE experience, including the Jes, Vimax, Fastsize, and SizeGenetics extenders.  I used to rank the SizeGenetics extender #1 for effective gains and maximum comfort – that is, until I ordered the X4 Labs Extender about half a year ago.  Below is my X4 extender review written based on personal experience.

I never expected the X4 penis extender to outperform SizeGenetics, mainly because SizeGenetics cost quite a bit more than the X4 Labs and usually “you get what you pay for”.  This is the one main reason why I hadn’t tested the X4 Labs extender sooner than I have.  However, as it turned out, the X4 Labs extender has proven itself to be both cheaper and better than it’s competitors.

The one major difference (aside from price) between the X4 Labs extender and SizeGenetics is that X4 Labs is considerably more comfortable to wear than SizeGenetics.  I used to think SizeGenetics with its comfort strap design was the ultimate comfort – but no longer.  The X4 Labs extender is equipped with a memory foam cylinder that you can insert your penis into.  You would then wrap the comfort strap around this memory foam and insert the ends of the strap into the extender.  This way, the pressure is distributed all around your penis.  The X4 labs extender is so comfortable to wear that sometimes I’d forget I was even wearing it.

So, does x4 extender work?  As a direct result of the added comfort, I was wearing the X4 penis extender for longer periods of time each day, which translated into faster gains in penis length.  As of today (January 8th, 2009), I had been using the X4 Labs for exactly half a year.  I was originally at 10.50″ BPEL (bone-pressed erect length) when I started using the X4 Labs, and this morning I measured 11.55″ BPEL.  I’ve managed to gain 1.05″ over the last half year using the X4 Labs extender alone.

While I was testing other extenders, I was doing manual penis exercises as well (check out this penis exercise program if you’re interested), whereas I had stopped doing penis exercises when I started on the X4 Labs extender.  This means that I’ve achieved more gains using the X4 Labs alone, than with any other extenders in combination with manual exercises.  I’m impressed to say the least.  The only regret I have is I haven’t tried the X4 Labs extender sooner.  (If I had, it definitely would have taken me less time to achieve the gains I have.)

Don’t just take my word for it – you don’t have to.  Go to the X4 Labs website and click on their support forum, and you’ll see that many satisfied customers are getting great results.  They have nothing but good things to say about this extender.

The Starter Edition of the X4 extender only costs $199.95, and the Deluxe Edition (the one I bought) is only $245.95 when you use the coupon code DISC50 to get a $50 discount.  In comparison, the Basic Version of SizeGenetics costs $350 and the Complete Version costs $389.85.  Even if you order from the $50 discount page, SizeGenetics is still more expensive than the X4 Labs extender.  Moreover, X4 Labs offers a financing option where you can split the total cost into 2, 3, or 4 monthly payments (only available to Deluxe Edition and above).  However, if you choose to go with the financing option, you won’t be allowed to use the $50 discount coupon, so if you want to get the best deal just make a one-time payment.

The Starter Edition is $50 cheaper than the Deluxe Edition, but the Starter Edition will only increase your size up to 7″ flaccid length because that’s the maximum length that the rods will go to.  For this reason, I would suggest that you go for the Deluxe Edition instead.  Aside from the Starter and Deluxe Editions, X4 Lab offers more expensive packages as well, which you can check out and consider if you’re interested.  Personally I don’t see a lot of justification for spending the extra money.  My recommendation? Get the Deluxe Edition.
