I bought first the “Budget” version of the Jes, but didn’t like it. First of all, it has the noose design which is typical of penis extenders. The noose can choke your penis to cut off blood flow, and also pinches the penis to cause pain. I find it uncomfortable and cannot bear to wear it for more than a few minutes at a time.

You can alleviate this problem to a certain extent by choosing the “Silver” or “Gold” versions of the extender, which comes with silver and gold coatings respectively. These extenders (i.e. the silver and gold plated ones) are built to last, but they also cost a pretty penny. The “Silver” and “Gold” versions come with a comfort strap which makes them more comfortable than the noose design in the “Budget” and “Original” versions. I bought the “Silver” version in hopes that it would be more comfortable than the “Budget” version. However, even with the comfort strap, I find that the Jes “Silver” isn’t as comfortable as the SizeGenetics or the Fastsize extenders, and doesn’t even come close to being as comfortable as the X4 Labs extender.

Another drawback that the Jes extender has is that once you’ve worn it, you can’t get a refund. The refund policy also states that you can get a full refund after the extender has been in your custody for 3 months. That just doesn’t make sense to me. I mean, the reason why a guy would buy one must be because he needs one, so why would he not even try it on, and then wait for 3 months and send it back for a refund? It just doesn’t make sense. This also means I couldn’t ask for a refund for the “Budget” version Jes.

However, there are still reasons why you would choose the Jes extender. If you’re low on cash, the “budget” version is the single-most cheapest extender you can find on the market today. It is also the only extender reviewed on this site that has a monthly payment plan. So if you’re not sure about investing a lot of money into a penis extender, the Jes would be a good choice for you.

The Jes extender does yield as much gains as the SizeGenetics and Fastsize. And, as with all the extenders I’ve reviewed on this site, the Jes extender has been proven effective via clinical studies, and has met the CE safety standard for class I medical device. So the extender is safe to use.

Another pro about the Jes extender is that it’s made to last. Even the “Budget” version comes with a 1-year warranty. As you go higher up in versions, you can longer warranty periods. The “Gold” version has a lifetime warranty on it. If you’re absolutely sure that you’ll be using a penis extender for years to come, then the Jes would be a good choice for you.
