Penis Exercise Routine For Length & Girth Increase
Manual penis enlargement exercises are very effective in making the penis longer and thicker. The two most common manual penis enlargement exercises are stretching and jelqing. These will be explained below. Without further ado, here’s a stretching and jelqing routine for beginners:

Warm Up Exercise
Never, EVER skip warm up to go directly into any penis exercises.
What the hot towel warm up does is it gets the circulation going in your penis. This will do two things: it will make your exercises more effective, and will also drastically decrease the risk of your penis getting bruised later.
Simply soak a washcloth in hot water (hot, NOT scalding), wring it out, wrap it around your shaft, and hold it for 2 minutes. Repeat this at least 3 more times. It does not matter whether your penis is flaccid or erect.
Stretching Exercise
This penis stretching exercise is very simple and extremely effective. By stretching your penis out, you’re causing cells to multiply, making your penis bigger. Follow these steps:
1)Take one hand and make a firm grip around the head of your flaccid penis - be careful not to completely cut off your circulation.
2)Pull your penis straight out at a 90 degree angle from your body.
3)Now carefully, not too vigorously, stretch the penis to the maximum length WITHOUT causing pain or discomfort.
4)Hold it there for 5 minutes. After each minute, pull it out slightly more. (Again, not to the point of pain.)
5)Then stop stretching, and relax for 1 minute.
6)Twirl your penis around in a circular motion at least 30 times, to get the circulation going again.
7)Repeat steps 3-6, this time instead of stretching your penis straight out, make it point downwards towards the floor. Then, repeat steps 3-6 with your penis pointing straight up, horizontal to the left, and horizontal to the right. When you’re done, you will have gone through steps 3-6 five times, once for each position (out, up, down, left, right).
8)Finally, stretch your penis in a 90 degree angle straight out from your body again, and give it a good 1 minute stretch and do 10 light tugs outwards. Don’t overdo it!
Jelqing Exercise
By performing this penis jelqing exercise, you will be forcing blood into your penis again and again. Over time, the chambers in your penis that hold blood become considerably larger, increasing your overall size permanently.
*IMPORTANT* DO NOT perform jelqing during a full erection. Otherwise vein damage can result!
Here’s how you jelq, step-by-step:
1)Make sure you’ve already warmed-up with the hot towel. (Unless you had just finished doing another exercise such as the stretching exercise.)
2)Apply a few drops of Vaseline to your entire penis. Don’t use soap or shampoo unless you want to be sore for weeks!
3)Form a ring with your thumb and index finger around the base of your shaft, like when you’re doing the “OK” sign. Slide your hand upwards until you just reach the head. Repeat this motion with your other hand, and keep alternating. Make every stroke last about 2 seconds. When your first hand reaches the head, start with your second hand at the base.
4)If you find yourself getting an erection, stroke harder to discourage it, or stop to wait until it goes away. While taking this break, encourage circulation by slapping the partially erect penis.
5)Do 200-300 strokes per day at medium strength for the first week (takes about 10 minutes). Then do 300-500 strokes per day at medium-full strength for the next week (takes about 15 minutes). After that, do 500 or more strokes per day, as many as you want each day. Take a day or two off if you’re feeling any discomfort, blisters, or feel/see other signs of trouble.
Warming Down
Each time after doing your penis exercises, do the hot towel warm up again, to warm DOWN. This will get your circulation going again.
Contrary to what many advertisements will lead you to believe, there is no secret method you can use to add inches to your penis in a matter of days. Manual penis enlargement exercises do work, but you’ll need to be patient and increase your penis size only by a tiny bit at a time, instead of hurrying and overdoing it and permanently damaging your penis as a result. The tiny increase you’ll gain each time will add up to significant and noticeable gains over weeks, months, and years.
